  • Most bespoke rings take between 4 to 8 weeks from initial consultation to final delivery. Timelines vary depending on stone availability, design complexity, and how many revisions are needed - but we’ll always be upfront with you from the start.

  • Not at all. Some clients come in with detailed sketches; others just know they want a diamond or sapphire. We’ll guide you through everything — from refining ideas to selecting the perfect stone — with no pressure.

  • We work with a wide range of budgets and always tailor our stone selection and design recommendations accordingly. Transparency is key — you’ll see options across the range so you can make an informed decision without being upsold.

  • You’ll see a curated selection in person, typically across three price points. We’ll walk you through what makes each one unique - but we also believe in trusting your eye. If two stones look the same to you, that instinct matters more than specs on paper.

  • Yes - once your stone is chosen, we create a CAD render of your ring using its exact dimensions. You’ll be able to see the design in detail and request any changes before we begin crafting the final piece.

  • Absolutely. This is your chance to fine-tune proportions, settings, or small design features. We’ll work with you until it feels right before we begin the final casting.

  • We primarily work with 18ct yellow gold, white gold, rose gold, and platinum. If you have a specific request, we’re happy to advise on the best material for your design and lifestyle.

  • Yes - all bespoke rings come with lifetime aftercare, including cleaning, resizing, and inspections. We build pieces to last, and we’re here to help you care for them over the years.
