#1: Initial consultation
Whether you know exactly what you’re after or you’re starting from scratch, every bespoke commission begins with a conversation. We’ll chat briefly about your ideas, any inspiration you’ve gathered, timelines, and your working budget.
From here, we focus in on the centre stone - the heart of the ring - which not only defines the look and feel of the design, but typically accounts for the majority of the budget.
#2: Stone Viewing
Once we understand your preferences, we personally source a curated selection of diamonds or gemstones - typically at the lower, middle, and upper range of your budget. In your private appointment, we’ll sit down together and compare them side by side.
You’ll learn what sets each one apart and why, but more importantly, we’ll encourage you to trust your instincts over what’s “better on paper.” If it looks right to you, it is.
#3: Design & rEFINEMENT
After choosing the perfect stone, we begin crafting the design around it. Whether you lean towards vintage, minimalist, or something entirely unique, your vision shapes every detail. We’ll create a CAD render using the exact stone you selected, giving you a realistic visual of the final piece. You’ll have the opportunity to tweak, adjust, and refine the design until it feels exactly right.
#4: cRAFTMANSHIP & COMPLETION
Once the design is approved, we get to work at the bench - casting your ring in gold or platinum and finishing it entirely by hand. This is where your idea becomes a lasting piece of craftsmanship. When complete, your bespoke ring is carefully packaged and delivered - a timeless heirloom, made with intention from start to finish.
We don’t believe in overwhelming you with jargon or pushing the biggest diamond. We believe in helping you trust your eye and make informed choices with confidence. Choosing a centre stone isn’t about chasing certificates or specs on paper; it’s about finding the one that feels right.
